They installed new HVAC system in my house. Within three years the system broke. It is still under warranty so I needed to have ekern fix it. It has been over 18 days and I still don't have ac in my house. In the middle of summer. They don't even have the decency to call and apologies and tell me they won't have time to stop by. If you call them back they say they'll be out that afternoon, but never show. I would avoid this company. Bad products, horrible response time, unprofessional.
